This is a Mardi Gras Boa made with mum petals. Just take the mums apart and cut the petal layers in half. Fold in half to make a triangle and staple. Then attach, by stapling, to a narrow ribbon, front and back, starting at the bottom. Honestly it is more fun to play with, than to make- and no feather mess!
